What is kendama and what does it have to do with CBD?
Kendama = ken (sword) + tama (orb) + sarado (cups). Once upon a time in Japan, samurai used kendama to improve hand-eye coordination.🇯🇵🏯
Today, people all over the world relax, strengthen their willpower and improve their coordination with kendama, which is slowly becoming a sport in its own right, which speaks volumes for the value kendama provides. 🏅
The boy from the picture told us how kendama came from faraway Japan to the Osijek skate park. 😎
"When I sprained my wrist for the fifth time, I was unable to ride BMX again. Lega brought the kendama to the park, I took it in my hands and that's how I started the kendama journey. I practice for at least 2 hours every day and because of that persistence, I got a sponsorship from @kromkendamacroatia and today, with that example, together we motivate the younger population to take kendama into their hands." 💪
He says that his main goal has been achieved, which is to introduce kendama to as many people as possible and return to games that are not on the computer. 🍃
"In order for the trick to succeed, it takes a lot of will, practice, dedication and repetition, and it is important to involve the whole body in addition to the mind. I love kendama because it seems relaxing when you are alone with kendama and your thoughts." 🧘♂️🧘♀️
He concludes by saying that the feeling when you succeed at a trick is irreplaceable and gives you more determination because you know that if you want something, it will come only if you make an effort and do your best. 🍀🌞💚
PS throwing a kendama is great, but celebrating a successful trick with Jura is something that cannot be described🧛🏻🍀
