Refund policy

Conditions for Refund 

1. A buyer acting as a consumer may, within fourteen working days of receiving the goods, terminate a contract concluded at a distance or outside the business premises without any reason.

2. The deadline for contract termination starts on the day the buyer or an authorized third party, other than the delivery person, takes possession of the product. If the buyer ordered multiple products in one order that are delivered separately, the deadline starts on the day the buyer or an authorized third party, other than the delivery person, takes possession of the last delivered product. It is sufficient for the buyer to submit the termination request within the deadline. The decisive date is the date of postal dispatch.

3. The termination request can be sent by email to  herbiehrvatska@gmail.com or by mail to the seller's address stated above. The buyer may use a termination request form, but it is not mandatory.

4. The right to terminate the contract does not apply to products made according to the buyer's specifications or customized to personal needs. It also does not apply to products delivered sealed if the seal was removed after delivery, or to opened products. Finally, it does not apply to products that spoil quickly or have a soon-to-expire shelf life.

5. A valid contract termination by the buyer results in the money paid for the product, excluding standard delivery costs, being refunded to the buyer immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day the termination notice is received. Upon contract termination, unless the seller offers otherwise, the refund may be delayed until the goods are received or proof of return is provided, whichever comes first.

6. The refund to the buyer will be made using the same payment method the buyer used, without interest. Furthermore, the seller will not refund additional costs for special delivery.

7. The buyer must return the product to the seller without delay, no later than fourteen days from the day the termination request was submitted. The return is made by shipment. The product is considered returned on time if it is proven that the shipment was sent within the specified deadline.

9. The consumer bears all direct costs of the return.

Right of Return

Except in consumer transactions, the buyer in case of justified complaints – except in case of termination – is not entitled to a full refund but only to an appropriate part of the gross invoice amount.
