Shipping Terms
Courier Services
All orders are shipped via GLS or DPD courier service, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Note: Orders to Italy are shipped exclusively via DPD (Bartolini).
Most packages are dispatched on the same or next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time is calculated from the dispatch date:
- Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary: 1–2 business days
- Germany, Austria, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic: 3–4 business days
- Italy, France, Netherlands, Belgium: 3–6 business days
- Spain: 5–6 business days
- Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro: up to 7 business days
Shipping Costs
- European Union: €8.90
- Croatia: €5.60 per shipment (+€1.50 for cash on delivery)
- Free shipping for orders of €55.00 or more
- Other countries: €10.00 – €20.00 (depending on destination)
Package Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the courier service website (GLS or DPD).
Delivery Deadlines
Delivery is made without delay, no later than 5 business days after receiving the order. If delivery is delayed by more than two weeks, both the buyer and seller have the right to terminate the contract.
The following are not included in delivery deadlines:
- The day of receipt of the order/request
- Delays due to inaccurate or incomplete buyer address information
- Delays due to force majeure or other reasons not attributable to the seller
- Non-business days if they represent the beginning or end of the deadline
Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure that your delivery information is complete and accurate. Delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete address information are not the seller's responsibility.
Delivery is carried out in accordance with the terms of use of the delivery service (available on GLS and DPD websites) and is considered completed upon delivery of the product to the courier service.
When the seller delivers the product to the buyer via the courier service, the buyer is required to accept it by signing the delivery note, thereby confirming that the product has been properly delivered.
Refusal of Acceptance
In the event that the buyer orders goods and refuses to accept them, the seller has the right to deduct from the paid purchase price the amount of shipping costs and other handling costs according to the shipping price list.
Cash on Delivery Payment
In the event that the ordered product is paid by cash on delivery, the seller will proceed with the delivery of goods according to the above-mentioned deadlines that run from the order confirmation, and the buyer is required to make payment upon or before taking delivery of the product.
Product Unavailability
If delivery of the selected product becomes impossible because the product is no longer in stock, the seller is obliged to immediately inform the buyer, and the buyer has the right to terminate the contract and request a refund or agree to a subsequent delivery deadline.
All ordered items will be delivered in one package when possible. If this is not possible due to stock availability, the seller reserves the right to deliver in multiple shipments.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receipt so we can assist you. For more details on returns and exchanges, see our Return and Refund Policy.
